The Colmore Building, Birmingham

A fantastic opportunity to get involved in both the CAT A & CAT B works on this flag ship building in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, we worked with our long-standing client and the Building Agents to tailor the CAT A fit out and strip out of the existing space to suit the new CAT B layout saving both time and money for all parties involved.

The space has fantastic panoramic views of Birmingham on all elevations, and the design was shaped so that the client and their guests were able to have meetings in large comfortable modern meeting spaces but also that their own staff could enjoy the views and enjoy their café style social zone and breakout area. Whilst carrying out the works the landlord also requested a fit out of their current dated toilets which we worked with a third-party design team to achieve within the time allowed for occupation by our client.
