Our client was currently occupying the building they had been in for many years. The landlord had committed to a large CAT A Refurbishment as well as a full refurb of the building front and entrance which gave our client the opportunity to relocate from their floor down to a brand-new space on another floor.

We were able to create some fantastic meeting rooms, a large café style social zone and work alongside the contractor employed to carry out the major works to the entrance to ensure that works were completed on time, alongside other power shutdowns, car park closures and access and egress changes with no impact on budget or delivery.

The social zone in this space has so many different features with neon signage, different textured wall finishes and a hanging plant display over the newly installed island, it has really brough about the coffee shop style feel and gives staff a completely different space to have time away from their desk and enjoy their lunch.
