Commercial Kitchen Floor Replacement

Over Christmas 2024/25 BOLP’s minor works team were tasked with replacing the vinyl flooring in this commercial kitchen after years of heavy use. This required the removal of all kitchen equipment from the working area, stripping out the existing flooring, applying latex to the concrete slab to provide a smooth surface, then finally fitting the new self-adhesive vinyl flooring. Having worked around significant challenges, the kitchen was ready to serve again in the new year.
