Our client had recently upsized into offices close by and required us to undertake the delapidation works, to return their former space to a ‘blank slate’ to satisfy the terms of their lease. The scope of these works included: Removal of all solid and glazed partitioning, removal of all excess mechanical and electrical services, removal of all floor finishes, then re-decorating all surfaces and laying new carpet to finish.
