The Garden, Leeds South Central

This CAT B refurbishment was carried out on a new Estate which was in the process of being completed by the landowners and had only one tenant currently in occupation. A fantastic location on the city outskirts with ample parking, we were able to produce a space that the client could host many different types and size of meetings as well as incorporating a banded glass effect social zone for staff to enjoy.

The 12m wide image printed onto the exposed ceilings and services in the open plan added a unique feature to this fit out and were retained as part our design with ceilings installed in the meeting rooms to increase acoustic effectiveness and the clients AV needs.
