A high standard CAT A refurbishment had recently been completed in this fantastic city centre building so were able to come in and modify the existing M&E without having to renew or replace in many older buildings we have worked in.

The building was only partially occupied and the challenge of having multiple fit outs going on at once was managed superbly by our site team with co-ordinated protection, deliveries and logistic arrangements put in place to minimise disruption to existing clients in occupation.

A feature of this space is the informal but highly functional amphitheatre meeting room comprising of a tiered seating area with free lay cushions and I high specification of VC and Presentation facilities to be able to work in a different more informal space than a standard meeting room.
