Another opportunity for us to work with a landlord alongside our CAT B works and carry out some CAT A upgrade works and also redesign the current lobby arrangement so that the toilets we now within the new tenants’ demise and fully refurbished.

On the top floor of a small building, we had the chance to refresh the spacious terrace area that the floor had access to, cleaning all existing paving and walls, upgrading the external lighting and signage, and installing exterior furniture for use by the client for both internal and external events.
